Level 42 reformed in 2001 and have been touring since.

Level 42 background

Level 42 was originally formed by brothers Phil and Boon Gould with bassist Mark King. They were later joined by keyboard player, Mike Lindup. Phil and Boon left Level 42 in 1987 and Mark King took over as the driving force of the band. Level 42 chalked up 14 hit albums and 18 Top 40 hits, including ‘Running in the Family’, ‘Hot Water’ and ‘Lessons in Love’. Level 42 has sold over a massive 30 million albums worldwide.

Royal Albert Hall Concert

Now touring again, Level 42 will play a very special concert at the Albert Hall on 23 October (where they played their penultimate gig before splitting in 1994). The line up includes Mark King (band leader and bass maestro); original keyboardist Mike Lindup; Gary Husband (who joined in 1987) Lyndon Connah, Nathan King and Sean Freeman. They will be playing Level 42’s classic funk inspired hits and riffs; a sound which became synonymous with the 1980s. Enjoy a trip back to the glory days of pop with Level 42.
