PRISCILLA QUEEN OF THE DESERT THE MUSICAL opens on at the Palace Theatre, London on March 10. Adapted from the Oscar winning film (which starred Terence Stamp, Guy Pearce and Hugo Weaving) PRISCILLA is Australia’s most successful and best-loved musical which has already been seen by over one million people.

PRISCILLA is the heart warming, uplifting adventure of three friends, a glamorous performing trio, who hop aboard a battered old bus (Priscilla) to take their show to the middle of the Australian outback. These three larger-than-life characters go searching for love and friendship and end up finding more than they could ever have dreamed.

The cast is led by chart-topper JASON DONOVAN (star of Neighbours, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang and I’m a Celebrity), TONY SHELDON (recreating his award-winning Australian premiere performance as Bernadette), OLIVER THORNTON (handsome young leading man from the UK productions of Rent, Les Misébles and The Phantom of the Opera) and CLIVE CARTER (Les Misébles, My Fair Lady and Jesus Christ Superstar).

With a dazzling array of spectacular and colourful costumes (from the film’s Oscar-winning designers), this brilliant cast share the limelight with the scene-stealing, performing bus.
